williams lewis & co holds full indemnity insurance as well as fidelity bonding for clients monies. we are members of both the national association of estate agents and the national approved letting scheme and we work by a strict code of conduct. as a result, our clients include some of the largest residential landlords and institutions in the UK, as well as many family trusts and individuals.

julian lewis formed williams lewis & co in 1997 as a specialist agency acting for corporate landlords. the company has grown substantially since then and is now complemented by robert perlmutter and debbie jarvis. All our staff have a minimum of ten years property experience and we have a combined experience of over 70 years.
